Fatigue testing of components
A common procedure is to analyse the existing cycling load, design a representative specimen, install the experimental setup and perform the experiments.
The efficient statistical analysis of the experimental data results in a hypothesis for the durability and the fatigue limit of the examined component. As an additional benefit we often discover weaknesses of the current design.
