Solutions for flow problems
The R&D cluster Fluid Technology at Sulzer Innotec offers consulting and expertise in computational fluid dynamics, fluid dynamics based product optimization (including experimental empirical validation), grid generation (CFD + FEM) and visualization.

We operate within a state-of-the-art computing environment, comprised of a large high performance computer cluster (HPC) with numerous workstations which are used for processing very large and complex simulations. Well known advanced software applications are available for various tasks in the modelling chain e.g. solution generation and pre- and post-processing. This ensures that specific problems can be handled with software that is suitably tailored to the task.

The fluid dynamics group has built up a rich tradition of research and development combined with a wealth of experience that is embedded within an extensive network of expertise, both within the Sulzer divisions and with its international industrial customers.
